This privacy policy applies to Silly Delivery (the "app"), a game made and published by GearDrew ("we", "us", "our"), including its full version and its free demo, on Android (Google Play), Windows and macOS. It explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for, collect or receive any personal information, such as your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers or advertising ID. It does not use the camera, microphone or location.

Device permissions

The Android app requests no device permissions, not even internet access.

Data stored on your device

To work as a game, the app keeps a few files in its own private storage on your device:

  • Game progress: your town, money, purchases in the game's shops and the current day.
  • Settings: language, graphics, map and control preferences, and whether the tutorial has been shown.
  • Collectibles: which collectibles you have found, with the date and time you found each one.

The app reads your device's language setting to choose the game's language. It doesn't store or send this setting anywhere.

These files never leave your device. They are not sent to us, are not shared with anyone, and are excluded from Android's automatic cloud backup. You can delete them at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

How we use information

The files above are used only by the app itself, on your device, to save your game and your preferences. We have no access to them.

Sharing of information

We do not share, sell, rent or trade any user data with any third parties, because the app collects none. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, social or tracking libraries (SDKs).

App stores

If you download the app from Google Play, Google handles the download, installation and updates under its own privacy policy. We do not receive any personal information about you from Google beyond the anonymous, aggregated statistics Google provides to all developers (such as the number of installs).

Data security and retention

As we collect and store no user data on our side, there is nothing for us to retain, secure or delete. Your on-device game files stay until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Children's privacy

Silly Delivery is made for players of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and the app has no way to do so.
